Verification and maintenance of weighing equipment for enterprises throughout Ukraine.

How verification is performed

During services provision, metrological characteristics of weighing equipment are verified. This allows obtaining a verification certificate and using scales as legally regulated measuring instruments.

Frequency of execution

Services are provided twice a year. Such regularity allows avoiding stops in loading and receiving cargo from station and branch tracks and guarantees reliable measurement results.

Terms of provision

Services are provided based on a contract for external organizations or based on a request for structural units of JSC UZ.

Repair of wagon scales

The service includes technical inspection, replacement of electronic components, repair of mechanisms and structures, renewal of cable lines, and organization of scale verification after repair for static, dynamic, and stato-dynamic scales.

    Weighing instruments are being prepared for verification to ensure correct measurements.

  • Setup and diagnostics

    Strain gauge and mechanical scales are set up and adjusted, with key components checked.

  • Metrological verification

    Verification of metrological characteristics is organized by authorized organizations in accordance with DSTU.

Anti-corruption and sanction obligations of the parties

Familiarize yourself with the key principles of cooperation - compliance with these requirements is mandatory for all parties to the contract.

  • Sanction guarantees

    The parties to the contract undertake to:

    1. Have no ties with persons or companies under sanctions of Ukraine or international organizations.
    2. Not engage in activities that support aggressor countries, terrorism or arms proliferation.
    3. Not conduct business with residents of aggressor countries or in temporarily occupied territories.
    4. Not cooperate with companies associated with sanctioned persons

  • Anti-corruption principles

    The parties to the contract:

    1. Comply with anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine and international standards.
    2. Take measures to prevent corruption among employees and partners.
    3. Do not use contract resources for illegal gain.
    4. Guarantee the absence of conflict of interest.
    5. Avoid bribes, gifts and any improper incentives.

  • Notification of violations and liability

    The parties to the contract:

    1. In case of suspicion or fact of violation, the parties are obliged to inform each other within 2 working days.
    2. Consideration of notifications is conducted with confidentiality and without negative consequences for applicants.
    3. In case of non-compliance with contract terms, the guilty party compensates documented losses.
    4. All provisions regarding anti-corruption and sanction requirements are an integral part of the contract and have legal force.
